R.C.I.A.  is the "Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults."  This is the process by which those who are unbaptized, or those baptized into another Christian denomination, become fully initiated Catholics.

Conversion  takes time - for some, many  years.
While doctrinal instruction is part of the process, the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and Children [RCIA] aims at changing  the heart and
transforming the spirit, not  just by supplying knowledge.

Any one....
  • not baptized
  • baptized in another faith
  • baptized but having no religious instructions
  • Catholics  who  never  completed  their sacraments
  • or  just curious about the Catholic Faith

is invited to inquire into the Catholic faith and have questions about  this process answered by calling Sister Joseph Marie at the Rectory at 668-4017.
